The following are expected of all members of Hawk Squadron.

1) All Flight Members (FMs) must report to their respective Flight Leader (FL) by 2400 (local time) every Wednesday with a CC to the Squadron Executive Office (SXO). All Flight Leaders must report to the Squadron Commander (SCMDR) by 2400 (local time) every Thursday with a CC of their report sent to the SXO. Failure to report for 3 weeks will mean you are classed as AWOL unless you take a Leave of Absence (LoA). Example Report

2) A biography/profile for your character MUST be made as soon as possible. Uniforms are required but can be made on request by ShadowBlink or Spider Web Graphics.

3) A RPG statistics sheet for your character MUST be made as soon as possible. If needed do ask your SCMDR, SXO or fellow sqiadmates for help. Also remember to read up on the RPG rules in the IO RPG manual. The Character Creation Kit is also helpful for creating your character.

4) Regular attendance at the weekly meeting is recommended. An IRC client will be required. mIRC or IOmIRC is recommended. Java clients can be used as well but the specific IRC programs available are better suited for the task. If you can not attend meetings, you SHOULD inform your Flight Leader beforehand.

A tip: active members are promoted faster than inactive members. Stay active and practise your RPG skills. Non-IO RPG activities are allowed so don't be afraid to join other RPG groups to help learn the basics.
